We heard the meows, and we're giving cats what they're purring for! The BRAND NEW Cat Pack Subscription for your feline friend is now available! The very first shipment will be shipping around SEPTEMBER 10th, and we are accepting new sign ups until the day of SEPTEMBER 7th. This means that if you order ON or BEFORE September 7th, you'll be included in our first round of shipments! YIPPEE! At this time, we are only offering a monthly subscription. Trust us, your cat will be happy to receive these cat-tastic goodies month after month, and you'll be happy with all the money you are saving! We're not even KITTEN you! The savings are AMEOWZING!

What is Pet Treater?

Pet Treater is a subscription program that treats your pet every month with quality items that won't break your wallet. Our pets deserve the best that we can possibly afford. At Pet Treater, you can afford so much more because we carefully select products with the best pricing so we can make sure your box is full of the items your pet will love.

How does it work?

It's simple. Just Get Started and select the dog or cat subscription. Fill out the requested information about the pet(s) you would like to treat, and head to checkout! Once you submit payment, sit back and relax! We will take over from there and will make sure you pet receives quality goodies month after month!

NOTE: If this is your first month shipment, it will be a collection of pet approved favorites, so please note it may look a little different than established subscribers shipments. After your Welcome Pack, your pet will start receiving the same monthly shipment as other subscribers. Read more in our "How do we ship and what to expect section".

How do we ship and what to expect?

*Try It Out Boxes*(Only available for dogs at this time): These boxes will generally ship around the 10th with our subscriber's boxes. Please note that if you order after the 6th, your box will not ship until the NEXT month’s shipping cycle. If you'd like a box quicker, we suggest subscribing! New subscribers receive their Welcome Pack right away.

*Dog & Cat Subscriptions*: Your FIRST month will be our WELCOME PACK full of pet approved favorites! Welcome Packs ship right away (within 14 business days), and then standard orders will follow. Standard orders generally ship around the 10th of each month.
*IMPORTANT* If you ordered your first shipment after the 6th of the month, please know there will be a longer wait to get your 2nd shipment due to how packages are shipped. We do this because we don't want your pet to have to wait long for the first order. However, after that you will be back on track and receiving packages regularly.

Example:
You Sign up on 8/7 for a monthly subscription
Your Welcome Pack will ship within 14 business days. This is technically your “September box” because you signed up after the August billing cut off (8/6)
Your first standard package will ship with the monthly shipment around 10/10

What types of items will be in the order?

Package contents will vary month to month and can range from treats to grooming supplies to toys and accessories! We strive to include items that are practical but also FUN each month. We always guarantee our treats are NEVER from China, so you can treat your pet without worry! Want to see some past packages? Do you include "Made in China Treats"?

Nope! We NEVER include treats from China. The majority of treats are made in the U.S.A or Canada.

What if I have multiple pets?

No problem. When you click on Get Started, you'll have the option to add additional pets by clicking the link to "add multiples." Have a cat AND a dog? No problem. You can also do dog and cat subscriptions together, just sign up for each before checking out.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Yes! You can send a Pet Treater package to your friends as a gift anytime! Simply sign up with your billing info and their shipping info.
*Please keep in mind monthly subscription orders will auto-bill month after month, but you can easily manage the subscription via the online account. Once a shipment is billed, it cannot be canceled.

I Need To Change Or Modify Your Address

If you need to change or modify your address, you can do so via your online account clicking "My Subscriptions" and "Edit Address". HOWEVER, if you have already been billed please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible to make the change to your pending shipment. Once a package has shipped, we can not modify the address at that time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

That's simple. Just log in and click "My Account", and head to "My Subscriptions". In this section you will see a SUSPEND button if your first shipment has received tracking. Simply click there to stop any future shipment from billing to your account. Please note that if your first shipment hasn't received tracking, this button will not be available. Just check back after your order receives tracking if you still want to cancel.

Also, once a shipment has billed to your account it CANNOT be canceled and will ship as scheduled. This means, if you have a pending shipment on your account, cancelling the subscription will not stop that order.

What if my items arrive damaged?

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, however, many items are available only for that specific month. Email our Customer Support at support@pettreater.com, and we'll be happy to resolve the issue.

What do you do with my information?

We use only the information you provide and what we collect from your purchasing history to provide you with the most relevant products in the future.

Who is Jammin' Butter?

Jammin' Butter is the parent company of Pet Treater. They are the team behind building the boxes, shipping it out, and curating the best products for you and your pet.

I have an issue. How do I get help?

We have a fantastic Customer Support Team ready to tackle any issues you may have. The best way to reach our team is by emailing Support@pettreater.com. An agent will follow up with you as soon as possible and work to get any issue resolved! We also offer chat when an agent is available. Do you do any work with animal shelters?

We most certainly do! Pet Treater is a partner of Pet Finder Foundation and continues to donate to and support shelters all over the United States! Also, we have been working with our local shelters for a very long time to help with their various needs. In addition, know that for every Pet Treater shipment we send out, a toy, bag of treats, blanket etc is donated to a shelter in need. Want to suggest a particular shelter? Return/Refund Policy

REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the curated packages each month, We are not able to cancel or refund orders that have been billed or shipped.

RETURNS: Again, unfortunately, due to the nature of the curated packages, we do not allow returns of merchandise shipped and received. If an item arrives damaged, we will be more than happy to work with you on a resolution. Please contact our Customer Support at support@pettreater.com
