About Dog Pack, Deluxe Dog Pack, and Cat Pack
Pet Treater is a subscription program that treats your pet every month with quality items that won't break your wallet.
Our pets deserve the best that we can possibly afford. At Pet Treater, you can afford so much more because we carefully select products with the best pricing so we
can make sure your box is full of the items your pet will love.
It's simple. Just Get Started by clicking Treat Your Cat or Treat Your Dog. Fill out the short form and checkout.
Once you submit payment, you will get to tell us about your pet for their profile. Then, just sit back and relax! We will take over from there and will make sure you pet receives quality goodies month after month!
NOTE: If this is your first month shipment, it will be a collection of pet approved favorites, so please note it may look a little different than established subscribers’ shipments. After your Welcome Pack, your pet will start receiving the same monthly shipment as other subscribers. Read more in our "How do we ship and what to expect" section.
Your FIRST month will be our WELCOME PACK full of pet approved favorites! Welcome Packs ship right away, and then standard orders will follow. With the exception of Welcome Pack orders placed between the 23rd - 6th. Those will not ship until the 10th (read details below).
Standard orders generally ship around the 10th of each month.
*IMPORTANT SHIPPING DETAILS*
1) Welcome Packs placed between the 23rd - 6th do not ship out until the 10th to avoid a long wait on your 2nd shipment. We don't want you to receive the 1st one super fast, and then have to wait a month before the 2nd shipment heads your way. This modification breaks up that waiting period. :)
2) If you place your order between the 7th and 23rd of the month, your re-billing date will be adjusted to fall on the 1st of the following month so that you receive your monthly packages on time.
Example One:
You sign up on 8/15 for a monthly subscription
Your Welcome Pack will ship around 8/17
You will be re-billed on 9/1 and your standard monthly package will be shipped around the 10th of the month.
Example Two:
You sign up on 8/25 for a monthly subscription
Your Welcome Pack will ship around 9/10
You will be re-billed 9/25 and your standard package will be shipping around the 10th of the month.
Package contents will vary month to month and can range from treats to grooming supplies to toys and accessories! We strive to include items that are practical but also FUN each month. Nope! We NEVER include treats from China. The majority of treats are made in the U.S.A or Canada.
You can treat them all! You can purchase as many dog boxes, cat packs, or a combination of each that works for your pet family! Simply place an order for each product, and all subscriptions will link to your account, with each pet's profile.
YES! Simply click "GIFT" next to the subscription that you want to send.
You'll have the option to gift a one time box, 3, 6, or 12 month subscription.
Multi-month GIFT subscriptions are pre-paid at the time of purchase, and will not auto-renew after the last box ships.
All gift subscriptions ship with the same cycle as our other boxes, and can not be canceled or returned.
If you want to send multiple gifts to different addresses, please set each one up individually.

If you need to change or modify your address, you can do so via your online account clicking "My Subscriptions" and "Edit Address".
HOWEVER, if you have already been billed please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible to make the change to your pending shipment.
Once a package has shipped, we can not modify the address at that time.
Please note that if an incorrect address is provided to us and the product ships, we can not issue a full refund. Due to fees associated to a return shipment, a 75% refund refund can be issued.
Please email support@pettreater.com, and an agent will assist you. Please note that canceling your subscription does not cancel any pending shipments.
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your box, however, many items are available only for that specific month's box. Email our Customer Support at support@pettreater.com, and we'll be happy to resolve the issue.
We use only the information you provide and what we collect from your purchasing history to provide you with the most relevant products in the future.

We most certainly do! Pet Treater is a partner of Brown Dog Foundation and continues to donate to and support shelters all over the United States! Also, we have been working with our local shelters for a very long time to help with their various needs. In addition, know that for every Pet Treater shipment we send out, a toy, bag of treats, blanket etc is donated to a shelter in need. Want to suggest a particular shelter? Refunds: Due to the nature of the curated packages each month, We are not able to cancel or refund orders that have been billed or shipped.
Returns: Again, unfortunately, due to the nature of the curated packages, we do not allow returns of merchandise shipped and received. If an item arrives damaged, we will be more than happy to work with you on a resolution. Please contact our Customer Support at support@pettreater.com
Questions about the Pet Treater Shop
Unless otherwise stated or a pre-order item, orders typically ship within a few business days of purchase. Once your order is picked up from our facility by Newgistics, tracking will be emailed to you so you can keep an eye on it's traveling adventure. Newgistics will then sort and deliver the package to your local USPS, who makes the final delivery to your home.
We ship to the lower 48 states of the USA. Unfortunately, this does not include APO/FP/DOD addresses. If you place an order with an APO/FPO/DOD address, your order will be canceled and credited with or without notice at our discretion.
Your address must be verifiable by BOTH Newgistics and USPS. Please note that we DO NOT pull addresses from PayPal, should you use that for payment. We ONLY ACCEPT what is entered on our checkout page. If you think there is something wrong with the address you provided (such as a typo, old address, wrong zip code, etc.), please contact us ASAP via email support@pettreater.com. We can try to correct the issue prior to the shipment of your order to avoid shipping issues. Please note, we are not responsible for parcels that are shipped to an address that was incorrectly provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to insufficient address and we are unable to reach you to clarify the issue in a timely manner, you will be refunded for the order at 75% due to a restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. If a notice is left for pick-up at the address that was provided by the customer and the item is unclaimed after the time standards set by your local parcel carrier's office, the item will be returned to us as "Unclaimed". If this happens, you will be refunded for the order at 75% due to a restocking fee (shipping is still non-refundable).

If you're not satisfied with any part of your experience at Pet Treater Shop please reach out to us at hello@pettreater.com and let us help! If for some reason something we've sent you isn't to your satisfaction we'll take it back free of charge as long as it's unused and in new condition (*must be in resellable condition). If a product is broken or defective we will of course replace it or offer you a full refund at no charge. Refunds will be returned to original payment method.
Shop items will ship independently from subscription box orders.
